Writing changes lives and lives are changed by writing“.

Jackee Holder has kept a journal for over thirty years and filled more than a hundred notebooks. She is a co-founder of The School of Journaling and the author of four books, including 49 Ways to Write Yourself Well and the Writing With Fabulous Trees Writing Map.

A coach, facilitator, and creativity expert, Jackee works with leaders, therapists, and practitioners who want to use reflective writing as a tool for deeper thinking and genuine transformation.

She created the R.E.A.D Framework – a practice-based approach to reflection, exploration, awareness and decision-making now used in coaching and therapeutic settings. Jackee holds a Master’s in Creative Writing & Personal Development from the University of Sussex.

She writes the You, Write Now column for Psychologies magazine (UK), and believes that picking up a pen and writing by hand may be one of the most radical acts available to us right now.
