Exploring yourself and creativity through journaling and LEGO® serious PLAY®.
Creativity isn’t just about generating new ideas. It’s about navigating challenges, breaking through blocks and finding new ways of seeing ourselves and the world around us. We often think of creativity as a talent reserved for artists, when in reality, it’s a way of thinking and something we can practice every day.
In this workshop, we’ll explore three essential elements of the creative mindset. We’ll use them, together with our creative superpowers, to redefine the creative process: from noticing what is, through imagining what could be, to making a move, trying things out and bringing new possibilities to life.
By combining journaling with elements of LEGO® Serious PLAY®, we’ll create a hands-on minds-on experience that helps us think and discover new possibilities – brick by brick, word by word.
Together, we’ll explore how a creative mindset can help us approach challenges differently, move through uncertainty and creative blocks, and find ways forward that feel authentic to who we are.
It’s all about practicing creativity as a way of seeing, imagining and creating.
